The plant design is based on the SWPC 501 FD layout utilizing an Alstom steam turbine. Fuel is natural gas only. The HRSGs are triple pressure with reheat and are capable of supplying steam at conditions to support steam turbine power outputs of 156 Mw in unfired mode and 300 Mw in fired mode.
