4.)   67 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant 60 Hz
Combined cycle 60Hz 6B plant rated at 67MW, dual fuel.
General Electric Frame 6 gas turbine generator produces 47 megawatts (MW),
with a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) and steam turbine generating an additional 25 MW,
for a total net output of 67 MW. The majority of the steam produced is expanded in a steam turbine
to drive an electric generator.  It is an operating plant, running today even.
A gas-fired duct burner is provided to produce peak high pressure steam flows
for incremental power generation when it is economically feasible to do so.

7.)   15 MW Biomass and Coal Powerplant 60 Hz
with Stocker boiler that will burn just about any biomass and coal.
It is a complete plant that just complete testing, had all new emission controls equipment.
This plant was built originally 22 years ago. It was hence torn down and relocated in 2002
and went operational just this year, 2009. Many new components have been added, such as
the scrubber and NOx control and other emission control equipment. The boiler has been
rebuilt, along with just about everything else. The steam turbine was bought new, completely
refurbished and then installed. The plant is basically new with quite a lot of new equipment.
The plant will burn about anything as a stoker. We are selling the entity as a biomass facility.

Everything is rebuilt new, or has been installed new.
The project and permits can be acquired and everything left right were it is.
The fuel supply in the area is very abundant, approximately 6x the amount
