The high blast performance allows the operation
on very hard concrete but also on steel surfaces like bridges, ship decks
and tanks.
POTR - K1 - V1 operates on a dust free principle and can be used in large open areas or closed-in areas. The internal separation and filtering of dust particles causes no pollution to the environment. |

Compared to the conventional open blasting
(sand blasting), the mobile shotblasting offers a couple of advantages.
The performance per squaremeter on steel, especially ships, tanks and bridges is much higher. That means less costs for staying in harbours or ship yards, less time of no use of oil tanks or similar. The process is dust free. It allows to continue working next to the machine. Other work is not blocked like it would be during sand blasting. No masks for operators. No covering of the interios, other machines, walls etc. |

- fine blasting of non-glazed ceramic, stoneware and concrete paving
- very fine blasting of thin-layer floors - very fine blasting of cement frout and impuritiers - removal of old paints-varnishes, epacite, sadurite, etc. - blasting of natural stones and bituminous cold surfaces - mid-to rough blasting of old concretes within the scope of 1 to 3 mm - cleaning and consolidation of surfaces (caulking by steel balls) - cleaning of old concretes soaked with oil products - cleaning of metallic, especially steel surfaces and foundations |

The Shot-Blasting Machine POTR - K1 - V1 is specified for dustfree cleaning and roughening of horizontal surfaces. POTR - K1 - V1 is a machine with a closed circuit of blasting medium - steel balls as a rule. The balls are thrown obliquely downwards against the horizontal blasted surface with help of an impeller and distributing ring. One part of the kinetic energy of the steel balls falls on the blasted surface and is spent separating of particles the blasted surface, the other part - after reflection - serves for transportation of the balls with dust particles back into the flow separator. |

In the flow separator dust particles and other impurities are separated
from the blasting medium which falls back into the tank with minimum remaining
dust. Dust particles and other impurities are sucked out of the flow separator
and the top tank part with with help of the connecting hose of a high -
duty filtering unit.
The Shot-Blasting machine, model POTR - K1 - V1 is specified for blasting of all horizontal hard and rigid surfaces, both metallic and non-metallic. Smooth surfaces and profiles are reached with lower amounts of blasting balls and higer tracel speed, rough surface is reachable with higer grit ball amounts and lower travel speeds. |
