Use of the Grit - Blasting Machine:
The Grit - Blasting machine, model POTR - K1 - V1 is specified for blasting of all horizontal hard and rigid surfaces, both metallic and non-metallic. Smooth surfaces and profiles are reached with lower amounts of blasting balls  and higer tracel speed, rough surface is reachable with higer grit ball amounts and lower travel speeds.

Description of the Grit-Blasting Machine:
This complex guarantees dustfree blasting of surfaces whichremain clean and ready for possible application of protective layers.
Suffcient hardness of the blasted surface guarantes reflection of the steel balls and their return into the tank Corresponding surface dryness prevents balls conglomerating and is a necessary precondition for the surcess of the described principle.
The machine is equipped by electric motors and the whole cycle is controlled by electropneumatic and electronic control system.

shot-blasting machine is very effective for:
- very fine blasting of non-glazed ceramic, stoneware and concrete paving
- very fine blasting of epoxide, polymethylmetacrylate layers and floors during repair works
- very fine blasting of thin-layer floors
- very fine blasting of cement frout and impuritiers of new or vacuum-treated concretes
- removal of old paints-varnishes, epacite, sadurite, etc.
- blasting of natural stones and bituminous cold surfaces with higer content of aggregates
- mid-to rough blasting of old concretes within the scope of 1 to 3 mm and/or more
- cleaning and consolidation of surfaces (caulking by steel balls)
- cleaning of old concretes soaked with oil products
- cleaning of metallic, especially steel surfaces and foundations
