This plant was built originally 22 years ago. It was hence torn down and relocated in 2002
and went operational just this year, 2009. Many new components have been added, such as
the scrubber and NOx control and other emission control equipment. The boiler has been
rebuilt, along with just about everything else. The steam turbine was bought new, completely
refurbished and then installed. The plant is basically new with quite a lot of new equipment.
The plant will burn about anything as a stoker. We are selling the entity as a biomass facility,
but will consider selling the assets outright to some to move them elsewhere.

These come from three Plants - 4 units, 5 units & 6 units respectively.
The Plant with 5 units have been dismantled already.
can take these units but has to go through an inspection check to ensure we get the right parts.
These 5 units, can be shipped out immediately and provide power in a few months.

As there are three Plants, there may be some variations in prices upon negotiation.
- All units are completed with the necessary auxiliaries except some parts required to
complete the whole lot, called the "Balance of Plant" such as power transformers, which may require exrtra costs.
- Methods of payment is another important factor to consider. We can discuss later...
Therefore, prompt action should be taken by the client if he still wants these units.
Would be advisable if the client can come and see the units and start the negotiation.
Keep in mind: an upfront fund of U$2,000 is needed. This is for the travel expenses
(up to max 3 delegates from the visiting party) and also serves as a sincerity that the client
intends to pursue on the units.
This fund is 100% refundable upon successful deal.

These engines were installed in a fast Ferry.
The Ferry and its prop system were designed and fitted for a contract speed.
When the vessel was completed and put to service, the vessel would not meet the required
contract knots due to the Prop System. The ferry was dry docked and the whole power
system, was removed and re-engineered.
These engines have 400 HRS on them, January the engines were dyno tested and rated at 1200 HP.
