Plant for production of 3,000 Nm?/h oxygen with a purity of min. 99, 5 %-mol.
O2. In the following please find our budgetary proposal of a second hand air
separation plant, manufactured by Air Liquide, Engineering by A.L.E.C. Canada.
The air separation plant is located in South Europe, operating with 50 Hz. The
plant was started-up in 1976 and was in operation till end of December 1999.
The particular features of the proposed air separation plant are the design and
the completeness of the plant and the excellent technical conditions for
production of oxygen( LOX).
Additional to your inquiry the plant is able to produce 80 Nm?/h pure argon.
Therefore some quantities of H2 are needed for further purification. Since this
plant has for the Main Compressors radiator coolers, those radiators have to
be re-calculated and adapted to local maximum ambient temperature conditions.

Complete insulating glass-/ window glass production
1. The glass is cut to size on the glass blade table. The glass
blade table can get angekippt to almost 90? so that also big glass plates can be
transported comfortably. These can be delivered (see holes in the plate) below
the plate's situated roles so that a unfolding (further transport) the glass
plates to the wash and dry machine is ensured.
2. The ready cut glass reaches the wash and dry machine and is
washed and dried here in an operation. (automatic move, inclusive of treatment
of water)
3. An on both sides adhesive foil is stuck on to the spacers (aluminium
profiles) with a device (picture Iso 4) on the two sides. The spacers are then
provided with the corner verb Indians by means of a little saw on your measure
zuges?t and respectively on a side. (Corner verb Indian from Plaste, picture Iso
12 A) present be the spacers filled with dry means. (see picture Iso 3 A/dry
means filling equipment) the still open parts of the spacer profiles are simply
put into the filling device and filled automatically. The ready filled spacers
will end obligedly to the corner verb Indians' frame ready for one about the
still free ones now.
4. The ready spacer framework is stuck on to a plate. (the
protection foil removes) the other plate gets blatantly and stickily following.
5. For the end this is sealed from two plates of existing glass
package with the Hot Melt machine. The isolating glass plate is ready. At use of
a gas filling (argon) between the two plates a side of the spacer framework
remains open, the plate is filled with gas and then locked. (by means of
adhesive or rubber seal)
All consumption materials like spacer, spacer verb Indian, spacer adhesive film,
dry means, Hot Melt sealing, are at a reasonable price and on the market freely
available. The supplier sources are submitted to the customer at purchase of the
installation.

It is a town-hospital with approximately 120 beds, laid out for the supply of
25.000 inhabitants and specifically geared for inner medicine and the
rehabilitation-measures.
Essentially, it is equipped as follows:
A canteen with integrated refrigerators, a wash-installation, a dish-wash and a
sausage-kitchen is in the cellar. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary
machines and with sufficient and high-quality (NiRO) dishes. Also, a very big
scope with an extra-range is in the cellar, abidance-area and approximately 4-5
treatment-areas for all physical therapies. like ergonometry, gymnastics,
massage, underwater-massage and others. The entrance-area has a big gate at his
disposal. 5 completely equipped jobs, a boss-room and a secretariat, are found
in the reception area. There is a further one a treatment - and two
rogatory-space. All areas are in a technically high-quality and properly
equipped. Also in the ground floor is the big and also completely furnished
x-ray-department with 3 x-ray-appliances. A shock-area and a plaster-area
department has an area for Rektoscopy, lung-function, gastro and endoscopies,
all necessary disinfection-facilities, a complete EKG-area. The laboratory for
the blood tests is completely equipped too and has many computer-operated
centrifuges conspicuous at its disposal. Numerous nurse-rooms and social-areas,
in each case with integrated kitchen-facilities, are found in the first floor
beside the sickrooms.

medical-rooms, shows a technically completely extensively furnishing

the hospital has been not be used for more than 1,5 years.
An investment of approximately 7 Million DM (3.5 Million Euro) turned into the
improvement of the technical provision in the entire hospital-area in the year
1997.
The time-value of the entire medical equipment became guessed by an expert on
approximately 1,4 million Euro.
The furniture is from 1960 and 2001.
In summer 2004, the equipment was packed in export-boxes to part.
