DIESEL GENERATOR SETS

TURBO GENERATOR
The turbo-generator is common-shaft excitation AC synchronous generator with 3 phases, 2 poles or with 3 phases, 4 poles.
It is air-cooled with open or closed ventilation circulation system, seated sliding bearings. 
 
Coils of the rotor and stator of the turbo-generator is of B-class insulation.  

The baseplate of the machine is welded by steel plates, which is sturdy in structure and light in weight. 

Electrical and mechanical performance or the turbo-generator is strictly measured and tested before delivery. 

It's major technical parameters are in conformity with JB 3220-83 and JB 636-83 standard. 

It has the advantages of advanced manufacturing procedure, reasinable structure, high class insulation, best electrical performance and reliable operation. 

This series of turbo-generator is supplied together with turbines made by our plant in order to form a complete unit and offers great convenience to customers in design maintenance and installation. 

CONDENSING STEAM TURBINE
The condensing single-layer, fast-assembled steam turbine generator set has the advantages of impact structure, sensitive regulation, safe and reliable operation etc. 
It is mainly suitable for small and medium sized thermal power stations, especially for places far away from cities, metallurgical, chemical and cement enterprises where self-support power station can be built by using waste heat. 
It can operate in network.

EXTRACTION STEAM TURBINE
 
These series of turbine can simultaneously supply electrical power and steam for industry usage. 
Both, heat and electrical load can be adjusted. 
It is especially used for self-support power stations and district central heat power stations in chemical, tectile, sugar and paper making enterprises, where certain electric power is needed and heat load should be adjusted. 
BACK - PRESSURE STEAM TURBINE 
 
This series or turbine as a co-generation set supplies heat and electricity by using waste-heat, whike supplying steam for production and daily life. It supplies electric power at lower cost. This kind of turbine has the advantages of using energy reasonably, getting great benefit, redusing environmental pollution. 
It is widely used in the industries such as sugar, paper making, foodstuff, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing. 

EXTRACTION - BACK PRESSURE STEAM TURBINE
This series of turbine can simultaneously supply steam for industrial usage with two pressure levels which can be adjusted seperatly. 
This turbine is particularly suitable for heat power stations and regional heat power stations in chemical, sugar and paper making enterprises.
